For a university that values individuality, Redlands is certainly an easy place to discover your fit.

At the University of Redlands, valuing individuality goes beyond attracting a diverse student body. Our mission is to welcome, educate, and empower a diverse community of learners for lives of meaning, impact, and joy. The Office for Inclusion & Community (OIC) supports these values in everything we do.

OIC promotes diversity, social justice programming, and cultural pluralism, collaborating with campus partners to create an inclusive community. OIC is home to the First-Generation Student ProgramsMulticultural CenterPride Center, and Gender Justice Center.

As a Hispanic Serving Institution (HSI), we are committed to serving Hispanic/Latinx Americans and other underrepresented populations. We also work with Native Student Programs (NSP) to honor Native Nations and support Native students, addressing educational access and persistence on and off campus.
